Summer Break Presents Kidokinetics for Kids 🦕
Join us for Kidokinetics, an engaging introduction to sports designed to motivate children ages 6-11 to be active and build confidence. The program includes a warm-up, introduction of a new sport or activity, free play, a cool-down session, and a lesson on age-appropriate anatomy and physiology. Incorporating music into movement for all ages is encouraged, enhancing listening and memory skills while enhancing the overall enjoyment of the experience.
